Carolina Benavides
Peruvian Clinical Psychologist. Received her Master's degree in Theoretical Psychoanalytic Studies from University College London. In Peru she formed the Peruvian Association for Therapeutic Coaching. Then, Carolina and one of the senior advisors to the President of Peru, created a TV program to promote human development options for people living in poverty. Also, she worked as a clinical psychologist in the health centre of one of the poorest communities in Lima, where the majority of the population had been displaced from their Andean villages during the years of terrorism in Peru. Between September 2004 and April 2006, Carolina worked at the Harvard Program in Refugee Trauma providing technical assistance for the implementation of mental health services in Peru. Carolina is currently executive director of Nexos Voluntarios and consultant to local corporations on social corporate responsibility.![]()
Ximena Querol
Master in Business Administration and Master in Arts in Latin American Studies from the University of Texas at Austin. She has worked as a senior associate with McKinsey&Company and PriceWaterhouse Coopers. As such, Ximena has participated in the design and implementation of strategies and performance management systems and a in a variety of change projects in many of the largest corporations in Perú, Colombia, Venezuela and Ecuador.In the social sector, Ximena has done advisory work for the Government of the Dominican Republic and, as head partner of Sector3 Social Venture Group, has lead consultancy for projects of the Inter-American Development Bank, the World Bank and partners of Save the Children Sweden, among others. Ximena is currently Coordinator of a Peruvian Project called Fortalecimiento de la Capacidad Empresarial de la Mujer en el Perú. Programa SALTA. Programa 10, 000 Mujeres.Executive Director |
