Description: Field Experiences is oriented towards motivated and active individuals, especially students, who seek an experience that will allow them to grow personally and intellectually. As a volunteer, you will be assigned a position with one of Nexos Voluntarios' projects that closely matches your skills and interests. Your impact on Peru, while not always immediately obvious, will be powerful and sustainable and will allow you to further your own education and career.

Components included in fee:

• Impact driven volunteer placement in one of our projects
• Housing with a Peruvian host family or at the NeVo House
• 3 meals per day during the week and breakfast on weekends
• Donation to the NeVo Social Fund
• One cultural excursion per week
• Welcome basket and orientation
• Comprehensive on-site support (including access to the NeVo House, a permanent coordinator and a 24-hour help line)
• Access to a medical doctor in case of an emergency
• Transportation to and from the airport in Lima and Cusco
• Overnight housing and City Tour in Lima, depending on flights
• If requested, certificate of completion of volunteer work
• Optional Spanish classes (6 hours per week divided into 3 two-hour sessions one-on-one with a native speaker)
